What happens if someone doesn't show up for their scheduled headshot time slot?

We understand that last-minute schedule changes or unforeseen circumstances happen. If the employee is local to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, we allow them to book a 15-minute express session at our home studio in Prosper at no extra charge. We then color-match the final image to ensure cohesiveness with the rest of the employee images we captured.

What if the company adds new employees after the team headshot session?

Every corporate client unlocks the New Hire Program. With the Program, a new hire can book a 15-minute express session at our Prosper home studio for the reduced cost of a single image fee. We retouch, match background color, and deliver the final image within 3-5 business days.

What if we have teams across multiple locations in the U.S.?

Though we’re based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, we travel throughout the United States to photograph corporate team headshots for companies of all sizes. We can also fly out to multiple cities to work directly with teams across different offices, creating a consistent look and experience company-wide.
