By accessing our website or booking a session with Joe Fang Photography, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Joe Fang Photography provides professional headshot and portrait photography services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Session details, pricing, and deliverables are confirmed at the time of booking.

Bookings & Payments

– A session fee is required to confirm your booking
– Session fees are non-refundable unless Joe Fang Photography cancels the session
– Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance

SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number and completing a booking, you agree to receive automated SMS messages from Joe Fang Photography related to your session, including booking confirmations, prep guides, and appointment reminders.

– Message frequency: approximately 3–5 messages per booking
– Message and data rates may apply
– Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages
– Reply HELP for assistance, or email joe@joefangheadshots.com

Intellectual Property

All photographs taken by Joe Fang Photography remain the intellectual property of Joe Fang Photography until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a personal use license for their images as outlined in their session agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Joe Fang Photography is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
